However, in order to meet the customer’s requirements for easy disassembly and installation, the main motor of the Longine Carousel is placed in the lower part of the center column.
Special position of the motor. As stated above, in order to facilitate the customer to disassemble and install the equipment, we installed the main motor on the upper part of the center column, but in order to achieve the ups and downs of the 9 horses, we installed three small motors on the upper part of the ceiling of the equipment. Each motor controls a group of horses, each consisting of two medium horses and one small horse. The motor is driven by the lifting rod to realize the movement of the horse around the platform of the disk while up and down.

Painting of equipment. The customer’s painting requirements for the equipment are very strict, the theme color is blue and white. In the depth of the blue, we carried out several debugging, and finally reached the satisfaction of the customer. The cone top of the device is also blue and white, and the overall look is very harmonious, just as beautiful as the blue sky and white clouds.
Equipment floor. The Longines Carousel’s floor is made of wood flooring, the wood floor is the finest anti-corrosion wood, and the surface is brushed with wood oil.
Special decoration of small pole. The appearance of the small pole is decorated with a gold-colored aluminum tube, and the lower part is specially decorated with FRP. Even the bottom of the hanging rod is made of FRP. And the color of the paint and the color of the floor are the same, all are jujube red, the overall looks simple and atmospheric.
