What is the smallest carousel DINIS sells?
Our commercial carousel range starts at 16 seats. We no longer offer 3/6/9-seat mini carousels or coin-operated children's rides — every model on this website has 12 seats or more and is built for real commercial visitor flow.
How do I choose the right seat count?
Match capacity to your expected peak traffic: 16 seats for malls and small parks, 24–36 seats for medium parks and squares, 48–68 seats for large family parks, and 68–92 seats for flagship destinations. Send us your site area and expected visitors and we will recommend the configuration.
How much does a carousel cost?
Price depends on seats, diameter, decoration level and theme. As a guide, our range covers compact 16-seat models up to 92-seat luxury double deckers. Contact us with your site area and theme and we will send a factory-direct quotation.
Can the carousel be customized?
Yes — horses, animals, carriages, canopy decoration, colors, LED effects, music and even fully branded designs. Send reference images and our design team will propose a custom version.
How long is production?
Standard models typically take 30–60 days; custom themes and large double deckers take 45–90 days. We confirm the schedule with your order.
How is the carousel shipped?
The ride is disassembled into modular sections and packed in crates for standard 40 ft containers, with a detailed packing list. We provide loading guidance and coordinate with your forwarder.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes — foundation drawings, assembly drawings, remote guidance and operator training are included. A factory installation team or supervision engineer can be arranged for larger projects.
What power supply does a carousel need?
Most models use three-phase AC 380V/220V 50Hz; we can configure 60Hz or other voltages for your country. Full electrical requirements are in the specification sheet.
How do electric and upper/lower transmission carousels differ?
All our current models are electric. Upper-transmission drives from the top mechanism (classic construction), lower-transmission from the base (economical and easy to service). We recommend the type based on your site and preference.
What maintenance does a carousel need?
Daily checks cover lights, safety bars and platform condition; scheduled maintenance covers lubrication, drive inspection, electrical checks and decorative touch-ups. We supply an operation and maintenance manual plus spare parts.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Our factory and showroom are in Zhengzhou, China. We welcome inspections and can arrange video tours for remote buyers.
How do I choose between a double-decker carousel and a large single-deck carousel?
Choose a double-decker when you need 48 or more seats, a landmark visual profile, or maximum capacity on the same footprint. Choose a large single-deck carousel when you prefer a wider one-level deck, simpler installation or a more moderate height. DINIS will recommend the right model after reviewing your site area, ceiling or outdoor clearances, expected visitors and budget.
What documentation and certificates do you provide with an export carousel?
We provide packing lists, foundation drawings, assembly drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, electrical diagrams and, where required, documentation to support the customs and certification process in your destination country. We can also prepare project-specific technical files according to your market requirements.
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes — we provide spare parts packages for horses and figures, drive components, electrical parts, LED lighting and safety components.
